Poor Ianto getting a bite taken out of him a weevil, but at least we know he's going to be alright and he has Jack to take care of him. I love Owen just accepting the news and all he wants to know is if Jack's happy. He's is so sweet sometimes. Have to laugh that automatically everyone knows what Gwen's reaction is going to be. That does NOT, however, mean I don't want you to write it!
Is it bad that I already know that the next one is going to be absolutely delicious? Even more delicious than chocolate chip fudge brownies with hot fudge and caramel drizzled on top. And those itty bitty little miniature chocolate chips sprinkled on top of that. Oh wait! That's Ianto and Jack that are that yummy! Gwen's just hilarious.
Also, I agree with excentric397 about your titles. I love looking to see what the next one is. And I keep forgetting to ask if you'd mind if I friend you?

I get giddy when I read your replies to this series. They're wonderful!
I started writing Gwen's last night but it was far too late to finish and I got distracted by watching Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band on MUZU*TV live concert so I'll try to work more on it today on my breaks and tonight after work.
I'm really excited about this one - I hope it lives up to expectations!!

I get giddy when I see that you've posted a new story.
I have some favorite authors whose stories I follow and in between their updates I check out the new or unfamiliar authors. I sometimes go back a number of days to see what I might have missed, sometimes several times, because I'm not always in the mood to start a new WIP or the summary just doesn't pull me in at that moment. Sometimes I find a story and author that I really didn't think I'd care for, and get drawn into it, and I end up with a new author on my list of favorites. Very rarely in this fandom do I look and find nothing to read. More often than not, I find a gem, like you. So thank you for writing and sharing your stories. You, and the other authors, are appreciated more than you know and I like to offer support and praise when I can so that you do know it.
I too am excited about the next one!
Even as I was reading the last one, it was kind of in the back of my mind that if I scrolled...just a little...bit...further...the next one would....'magikal-ly"...appear. It didn't work, of course, but I'm laid off now till harvest starts in Sept, so I'll just sit here, semi, kind of, almost quietly waiting for the next installment. (Okay, I lied. The dog's looking at me funny again.) I have no doubt it will be just as good, if not better than the rest!
(Small side note:Spell check just offered "condom" as an alternative to fandom. Gotta love it!)

I mostly just write what I imagine would follow on. If I can't see it happening, then it doesn't seem right. *shrug* I dunno.
If I was at home instead of stuck at work on a 9.5hr shift (an 11hr day all up for me) then it probably would have magikally appeared! But alas, I'm typing this on my blackberry in the tea room my my dinner break after scarfing (I'm not kidding) down my lasange while I frantically try and fit everything in to 30 mins! It doesn't always work.
But rest assured, I've been working on the next installment and I should finish it tonight, and if I can get my beta to read it when she gets up either post it before I go to bed or when I get up before I go to work tomorrow. :)

Saying that, *I'm* impatient to get home and get my ideas out and onto the computer! *smile*
Sweet dreams my friend!

Most of the time there is nothing in the world more boring than standing on the line grading potatoes during shipping season, especially if there's nothing in them to throw out. Those are the times we tend to wish we hadn't done such a good job during harvest. That also tends to be when we resort to throwing small potatoes at each other to make sure the other person is awake. As long as you avoid the face, don't throw a rock by mistake, or hit, or get caught by the boss it's all good. Of course, if it's him you're throwing at, only the first two apply. You really don't want to hurt the man who signs your paycheck. And the being speechless thing? Yeah, they put money in a jar in the break room to see how long I can NOT talk. Bet you never would've guessed on that one, huh?
Okay, gonna shut up now! No, not really! Don't be silly! I am going to go do something else now though so I'll see you at the end of the next story!
