Here's my thought of the day, money can't buy love.

All my life I've been accused of being spoiled only after having someone trying to buy my love. Whether it be by a friend, boyfriend, husband, or even my own mother.

When I was really little sure I asked for this or that as kids do. However as I got older I learned oh that's not how you do it. Unless people say "oh what would you like for..." then I'd be like "oh this would be nice." cause really if they're buying why not. Right?

But gift giving should just be that. To give a gift. Not to say "I love you."

For example if you want to give me a sweater (that I truly do need) I would want you to give it to me cause I need one not in replacement of love. Tell me you love me on another occasion. Better yet don't buy me a sweater give me that cute one from the back of your closet you never wear. Save some money. And problem solved.

So with the holidays coming up. Remember more gifts do not mean that person loves you more. It means they either have a bigger credit card bill or have fat stacks of cash lying around.
