  • two heads of huge garlic, Eastern Carolina Organics, NC (it doesn't say elephant garlic, but that's the size of them)
  • a bunch of green kale, Lady Moon, FL
  • a bunch of collard greens, Eastern Carolina Organics, NC
  • two heads of green leaf lettuce, Lady Moon, FL
  • two avocados, Homestead, FL
  • a bag of wheat berries, Four Star Farm, Northfield, MA (YAY!)
  • six big carrots, Enterprise, Whately, MA (two pounds?)
  • twelve medium-small Yukon potatoes, Full Bloom Farm, Whately, MA
  • fifteen fairly narrow parsnips, Deep Root, VT (two or three pounds?)
  • two delicata squash, Czajkowski, Hadley, MA
  • a pint of grape tomatoes, Somerset Organics, FL (interestingly, unlisted in the newsletter)
  • eight apples, Bashista Fruit Farm, Southampton, MA (low-spray/IPM) (these are the most kicked-looking apples I've seen in a while; they're destined for applesauce)
I'm rather awash in salad greens; anyone need some?
