He's outside. Leaning up against the stone wall of the house, the bright blue glow of the newly put in place shield clearly visible. And he can tell. He can tell just from the way you talk that you're planning something, Hanna. And for once, he's not even going to try and stop you. Because he imagines himself doing the time if needed.]

[Hanna's thankful of that because he's sure he'd lose a lot more than just the contents of his stomach if someone contested him or told him to stop. He has a shaky resolve and thats about it.]

[He hasn't slept. He can't use Dark Aura to control the fire. His wind spells only help to spread it. His water spells aren't strong enough to do much good other than put a few flames out. He's entirely reliant on Axel to try and keep flames away from his house. His shield keeps wavering. He's only really good for about two things right now: Fighting and healing. He's not going to argue with you for trying to do what you can to help.]

[He lifts a hand, pushing his bangs away and out of his eyes.]

[After checking out the witch territory yesterday? He hasn't slept either. And he has no intention to. Sorry Riku, but he just can't sleep under these circumstances.]

[He pauses a moment, fiddling with his shirt.]

[He hasn't gotten close enough yet. He's not quite sure he wants to. But by the sounds of it, he's not going to have much choice.]

[He takes a deep breath, looking out for the flames that are currently dancing across the edges of the back yard. And then the screen goes blank for a couple of moments. You should probably just ignore the sound of an explosion coming from outside of the house.

When he returns? The ground is completely covered in snow.]

Well still. They don't reward Military hero's metals for nothing. They're doing what they have to, and they still get recognized. I just thought you deserved it a little early.

[He's kind of curious about that explosion, but...he has something else on his mind.]

[He just stands there for a moment, staring out at the fresh snow and ice, the fire still dancing and raining in the back ground. Things would be safe for now, but for how long?

His eyes slip closed at the other's words, a sigh escaping him. He was the one who remained, the one who had been there the longest. He was the memory.

[Hanna isn't sure if he's going to be pushed away or not, but he hugs Riku, leaning into him and just lets out a breath he hadn't known he was holding. It felt nice, to blank his mind for a moment. But, he was sure Riku wasn't going to stand for being hugged much longer, so he let go shortly afterwards, even if he didn't want to.]

[And its true. While he was snippy with Axel, he feels kind of guilty when talking with Riku. possibly because of his promises not to do anything stupid any more, but desperate times call for desperate measures.]

[He's tired, Hanna. The kind of tired that can only come after fighting almost non-stop for the past twenty four hours. He doesn't have the energy to fight with you. He has to reserve what he has left.]
