[Hanna is standing outside, and currently glaring at his marker in one hand, the thing apparently causing him problems. In the other hand he has a big book, though he's only on the first page. You write runes? On your skin? [She has runes on her skin as well, or rather into her skin, though they're not visible most of the time. So this has caught her interest pretty fast. Not that she's ready to tell Hanna about hers.] What are those supposed to achieve?

Yeah, I use that kind of magic. Its not the strongest stuff, but it works pretty well for me.

[At least when he's using the weaker stuff and not the more powerful spells.]

Um, well my hammer has a rune on it for example, it detects paranormal stuff, though its not really useful here. Its always glowing.

It was useful for work at home, but yeah. If goes off for Yodare and those Rabbits too, so its kind of been rendered useless here.

[He thinks for a moment before shrugging.]

Um, I have some offensive spells, but they're all close range, in that I have to touch them...I've got some mind altering stuff that I used to pay my doctor. Riku had me tweak some things for a decent sleep rune...and it works pretty well.

I mean, I can do a lot with it if I figure out how to change a few things here and there in it, but truthfully, a lot of it is just basics.

Oh...um, I'm not sure if you could use them, seeing as its magic from a different dimension, but I can try!

I'm seriously not very good though. My teacher was kind of...um, he was this alcoholic bum. So, not the most reliable dude. But i'll see what I can do!

I've been able to learn some spells from people coming from different dimensions. That doesn't mean It'll work with those runes as well... But it's possible.

[A shrug.] Why not? And if you can't learn the spells, I can still teach you how to make some potions.

I am, yes. Yet considering the last event was pretty harmless, I am not that optimistic about the upcoming one. [Even if "not optmistic" and "Raven" is pretty much a pleonasm but still.]

And yeah, i'm not really excited about the new event, but hopefully it won't be too bad. But next week works if we're all, like, ourselves.
