Another week off booze
I think it's well needed after the weekend. I went through to Edinburgh to see my cuz Fiona. We went to the opening of a place called GRV and a party and all that stuff as long as I was near a source of alcohol. I felt like shit on Sunday.
Playing a bit of the new Super Mario Galaxy, it's superb and a welcome return to the Mario of old. Can you fin the code on the front of the box saying UR MR GAY?! I love it when people sneak in jokes.
I'm a bit smitten at the moment with a guy called Richard who i met in London a month or so ago. We've been emailing and he's thinking of coming up to Glasgow for a short holiday. i was over the moon when i found out and couldn't sleep a wink that night (although that might have something to do with alcohol poisoning from the weekend!). He might come up and nothing actually happens, which would be a shame as I very rarely like someone the way i liked him. I think what hooked me was sitting for 4 hours chatting about random things and realising that we had a few character quirks in common. And his face, something about his face makes me feel weird. Dunno, probably won't work out but it's nice to have someone in one's life that makes one a little crazy. For a while.
