stupid finals
Monday: After a sleepless night because somehow I got caffeine in my system after 12pm (meaning I don't get to go to bed at night), I took the SPANISH 2 final. My teacher is definitely the pimp of the Spanish dept. TA's. He rocks. Finished the test in half the time we had and went to breakfast.
Tuesday: No finals. Thinking that I was going to have to go find a Bed Bath and Beyond and now knowing I don't have to is a relief. And thus I get to clean out my fridge (as in make Chinese soup and eat everything), study for Anthropology and pack for HK.
Wednesday: Anthropology 12-3pm. This is going to suck. Like without doubt it's going to suck. Like Hines is probably the worst teacher I've had and I've had a lot of teachers in my public school days.
Thursday: No finals. Defrosting fridge in showers (we had to sign up for this). Maybe I'll get like, Windex so it doesn't smell and I'll leave it open for the break. Yay for fridges. And maybe new way to keep the freezer door on?
Friday: Hmong Studies 12-3pm. If I ever have to hear about racism for an undeveloped culture again, I will basically tell the person to shove it and get a life. Nice teacher, lousy subject. *Flight home, 6pm, arriving in Davis ~9pm. Sorry folks, I'm under my mom's control until I return to the US.
To do in Asia (China, Japan, Singapore):
Buy electronics <--laptop stuff that would prevent me from laptop destruction before senior year
Buy clothing <--I haven't shopped for clothes myself since freshman year of HIGH SCHOOL!
Buy music stuff<-- strings. Cheap, amazing strings of the same brands for 1/5th of the price.
Pay for violin<--Thanks Aunty Michelle!
See Dad<--and shop with my aunties? sing karaoke in English properly?

Arrive in Chicago, spend 2 days with Kate and her swim team (of Northwestern University!)

Fly to SFO and spend a few days with Ali unless a kind soul of the Bay is heading north so I can see remaining people. Tho that'd be a hassle to get back down to SFO for the flight back to SB.
Hopeful return: 1/6/08
Arrive in SFO late late late
Flight from SFO to SBA morning of 1/7/08 to attend first class at 10am, second class at 11am, work then discussion section at 3pm and let's not forget the first symphony rehearsal of the quarter at 7pm-9:30pm.
