(no subject)
Does it make me a loser that I actually considered going outside at 8am this morning, in the pouring rain, with a compass, just to witness the magnetic field of a thunder storm? (Don't answer that question)...
I practiced my solo today. To my surprise, it wasn't as disastrous as I thought it might be...I actually hit my high notes without warming up! Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that I still have 7 minor scales to learn.
On a more interesting note, in about a week, my house is going to turn into a zoo....
Yesterday we got on of my birds back from my brother because he was too loud (so we just returned him to our collection of 2 other loud birds). That same brother is going to Europe and we are babysitting his bearded dragon for 2 weeks. The bird is afraid of the lizard. THEN, we are babysitting my other brother's Dachshund over spring break.
zoos can be fun (?)
Ps: I worked on my VShow dance with Justin yesterday and now I'm sore and excited. Ballroom is sweet!
