I made a black cherry/dark chocolate cake yesterday, for Kal's dad's birthday. Dark fudge icing and a little rum in the mix. It turned out pretty tasty, but I wish I'd managed to stick more filling in the middle layer, and done more with decorating. Whipped cream somethings.
Need food ideas for what to cook this week.
Still apartment hunting, cafe job is at a 'maybe yes' and I'm going to follow up this weekend. Still waiting on the final bill from the Florida apartment.
