15 laps in about 45 minutes. My mind kept wandering so I kept losing track of how many laps I swam, and it also made my swim go by a lot faster.

Not sure about proerly, as I am not sure about technique, but I did stretch before and after like you suggested.

it would be so much easier of i could teach you in person...but for swimming in particular make sure you get the joints well, shoulders/groin. But otherwise...yay you! I'm so proud!

Yeah, the knees, shoulders, and elbows, since those were what I use the most in swimming.
