"Such a strange numb, and it brings my knees to the earth..."
So, aside from losing my mind, this week or so hasn't been that bad.
Halloween was interesting. I wore my Renn Faire costume to work in the morning and got a lot of comments on it ("A bar wench with horns...that's new"). That night was Tevor's party, before it I was supposed to go dance at the coffeehouse but, didn't quite end up happening. At least I got to Tevor's house unscathed. I changed into my costume (for those that have seen the pics on facebook...not exactly what you'd call "family appropriate") and then, when Tevor left to direct a few friends to his house, his mom, grandmom, and I all went to look at a really cool house around the corner...together...with me in my costume. THAT was fun. The party was alright even though I couldn't drink (on meds that don't mix) and Tevor and I had some issues. [Side Note: make-up sex is very, VERY worth the argument]. Evidently my boobs became the topic of discussion at one point since I seemed to have been the most well-endowed of the bunch. I found that funny.
Wednesday morning it was decided that, at least 1 day a month there will be no activities but lounging in bed in PJ's for the entire day. During that day there will also be 10min of being immature and kidlike while playing under the sheets (not meant to sound dirty, its innocent I promise).
Saw "Borat" Friday night...sorry to say but I really just wanted to walk out on it. Not my cup of tea although it did come with a few funny parts. It could have just been that I wasn't in the mood for stupid humor that day but, eh, didn't think it was that great.
Aside from that, the leaving of MU after this semester has been finalized. I really need to look for a place to move into or a room mate to go in on an apartment with me. I can't live at home and I won't be on campus anymore. I think, despite the slacker look to it, I really look forward to possibly having a semester off from school. I need a mental break from it all. Its not to say that I can't hack the classes....I just can't be here for a bit.
Anyway, its Tevor and Meaghan movie time so its back to mind-numbing entertainment (and apparently tickling). I need to stock up on together-time since I'll be missing it all summer :(
