Despite being in bed by ten and asleep shortly thereafter (thanks to both Tylenol PM and melatonin), I am now awake.

I have found Tylenol PM works best when washed down by Nyquil.

Since they changed the formula, NyQuil sucks. The diphenhydramine in the Tylenol PM does funky things when mixed with alcohol, but I'm currently alcohol-free.
And I'd really rather not risk the side effects. :)

yup Nyquil sux. I have found a nice $10 a liter Scotch drinkable with a little ice, and a couple ounces of that helps me sleep just fine.
