VOTING QUESTIONS?

One question. This might be a bit silly, and if so, I apologize. When voting, do we vote according to the total numbers of all the icons or by the amount of icons in each maker's set?

Example: Would I vote for icon #70 or for kawaii_chicken's 7th icon?
