Renew Limitless for Season 2
Hey all! Limitless is a CBS show that just completed its first season. Bradley Cooper, who starred in the movie, exec produces and guest stars in the series. It features a guy (Brian) who consults for the FBI, utilizing a pill called NZT which unlocks the human brain’s full potential for a period of about 12 hours.
CBS has not been yet renewed it for Season 2. Here is a link to a petition for a second season. This show is absolutely brilliant, with an interesting premise, great characters, and stories that are not predictable. If you haven’t watched the first season, you should! (FYI, they did not end on a cliffhanger, so no worries there)
They also took great chances in the storytelling formats, more so than any first season show I’ve ever watched. We had the Ferris Bueller homage episode, the episode from everyone else’s POV, the episode where Brian’s brain decides that the FBI work is just too disturbing, so the whole episode has euphemisms for the icky terms (eg “serial hugger” instead of “serial killer”).
I encourage anyone who supports innovative and intelligent television programming to sign this petition or otherwise let CBS know that they should renew the show.
