I'd rather be paranoid, prepped and wrong than be irrationally happy, frivolous and screwed.
We planted a garden. I am growing tomatoes, green peppers, sweet peppers, egg plant, and blue berries. I have also planted a bunch of herbs. I found this herb, citrus mint which my husband says taste like orange. I am hoping to use it in my Curry. I am also hoping we will have peppers by June for me to make stuffed peppers for the Burn. We are taking a class on how to make rain barrels, so we can used the water barrels to water our garden. I hope everyone is doing the same kinds of things. In the near future when gas gets too high food is going to cost too much and people are going to be screwed who don't prepare now for it!
