Looking for some community assistance

Twysted Tails Haven is hosting a private event for a local Woman's group and we're looking for some tents, sun/shade shelters and the like to BORROW for the weekend of October 21st. We are intending to create a magical gypsy village carnival of colors and lights... we'd like to drape each tent will flowing fabrics around them/hanging from them with plenty of faery lights. Problem is that we only OWN two such shelters ourselves and we're fairly limited on twinkle and rope lights and extension cords... we do have some but moving from base housing to a larger property has left us coming up a bit short. LOL.

Does anyone out there have some of these things that we can borrow for that weekend?

• Tents, sun shelters, shade shelters, boat/rv covers, army tents, etc....
• Flowing bright colored fabrics, sarongs, etc...
• twinkle lights, holiday lights, rope lights
• extension cords
• ....we will gladly wash and properly care for everything and return them to you!

We are also wondering if any of our creative performing type folks would like to have some fun that evening and maybe perform their talents alittle? Poi, fire spinning, tarot, dancing, singing, mines, performance artists, whatever your heart desires? This will be an adult only event and I cannot afford to pay anyone since this is a fundraising effort for their group and we are just donating our land, manpower, and time to them to have their event.... I just really want to help them make it something memorable!
