FINALLY DONE!
YES, I am FREE of Austin Peay baby!!! No more school... I am done!!!! YES! YES! YES! I took my last two finals tonight and I am so happy to be free of the old book bag for awhile. (Not that I have stopped my education in the least bit but at least I am done with my second college degree! YES!
Now I just have to wait and see if I managed to pull A's from both classes. If I did then I am still graduating with honors, if I didn't... I am not so sure... ugh! I know I have an A from Dr. Hatch.... I felt very confident leaving his exam. Much more confident then when I walked into it. I guess I absorbed more information in that class (managing information technology) then I thought I did! And I turned in all of my assignments so I think I am good! :-)
Now Dr. A's final... UGH! I had to get up and leave class so that I could PUKE three times during the exam! I was so stirred up about the exam that my stomach was in knots. NOw keep in mind I walked into the exam with total confidence. See before the exam he gives us "examples of questions he will ask on the exam" so we know what to really hit hard and study for the final. This is extremely important since he expects total and complete essay answers. Sometimes the information he gives us for a question is really small so we had better not miss one important point or we won't be able to answer in essay format. LOL! Anyways, I studyed my butt off for this one, I made sure to hit the government budgeting section really hard since he spent 3 days on that topic and he told us that the budgeting cycle, taxation, and such will all be on the exam. I sat down to take the test and there are NO QUESTIONS on budgeting!!!! UGH!!! 4 of the questions on the exam we barely covered in class and he did not tell us to study them! DAMN IT! Myself and one other student were lucky in the fact that those questions we hit hard when we took Organizational Theory about 4 terms ago... but recalling something from that long ago is hard when you are put on the spot. You can remember general information but who the heck remembers dates, names and specifics? Especially when you took a 2 semester course in a measly 8 weeks... I am talking two seperate textbooks crammed in an 8 week mini-session. So when I left that test I was PISSED OFF and nervous for my grade all at once. UGH!
Oh well... I am just glad to be done. By the time I got home my neck and shoulders were so tense I needed hubby to work out the knots. Man, did I have to blow off some steam. So Jim and I went running once I got home. My dumb ass ate some bread before we left so of course that came back up a few times when I was running... oye... I can be so stupid sometimes! The run was good, the dogs loved it, and I was tired enough to go straight to bed. We showered and went to bed, I had planned on having fun with hubby but I am so tired I am sure it will take me less than 10 minutes to fall asleep! Night ya'll!
