Everyday 1/2 a mile with my doxies in tow
Twice a day
Every other day, 1.5 miles on the treadmill
Everytime, striving for a better pace and a better time
Once a week I take a long slow run, 3 miles is my goal
I run because I must
I succeed because I can

Pace 6.5 with a .10 mile kick at the end at 7.0

Push Ups: 6 (Modified-an additional 25)
Bench Press 3 sets of 10 reps 60#
Lat Pull Down 3 sets of 10 reps 40#
Lat Row 3 sets of 10 reps 40#
End of month GOAL:
Get my 1.5 mile run under 12:30
Start practicing a 300 meter sprint on a regular basis and get it under 65 seconds
Push Ups- at least 21
Sit Ups (in a minute)- 35
