Oh no, what am I going to do now?
LOL! I sent Jim off to get a new muffler for his car today.... and I didn't even hear him pull up when he got home and I was sitting on the front park bench talking on the phone! OMG! What am I going to do now?! I'm gonna have to have my girlfriend go out the window in my bedroom through the backyard! Just kidding! ROTFLMAO! I am so accustomed to hearing him halfway down the block! THANKFULLY... Jim's friend Josh has had tons of work at a local shop so all Jim had to do was go in and talk to this lady, drop Josh's name, pay $60 cash and he was out the door with a completely new muffler in under 30 minutes! It was so under the table that we didn't even get a receipt! BAH!
Hopefully... with an oil change, a new radio, and a new windshield (which he is paying for with his leftover TDY money from this trip he is taking next week... ie he is eating ramien noodles for two weeks) he will pass all inspections and be able to drive his little blue cavalier to Washington! Emissions inspection, Army travel inspection, we're getting ready for you! Arrrrgggg......
