I could and should make the same confession. I need to chill on the carbs and get back on the protein bandwagon. No more PB Toast for breakfast. I'm going to GNC tonight in search of a good protein bar.

You know though... breakfast will probably continue to be my carb fest since it is the time of day that I need the most carbs. Typically I eat breakfast, take the son to school, got to the gym for a workout and then go get my allergy shots. So I need the extra carbs. I usually do the oatmeal, Weight Watchers cereal, or Cherrios with some fruit. When I am done with the workout I usually get in some yogurt or something like that. I just need to work on getting in my protein throughout the day though and stop the carbolicious snackage I have been doing instead. LOL! Those 100 calorie bags of whatever are going to be the death of me... they taste so good and they are so convienent! LOL!
