(no subject)
Well that was somewhat scary.
So, I thought that I was supposed to go into Little Caesar's on Thursday, the 16th to do paperwork, and then I would begin work the week of the 21st. I even clarified with her.
So I get a call today, and it's my manager, saying she missed me on Thursday and wanted to know if I still wanted to work there.
O_O
Apparently, there was a misunderstanding. She was planning on having me come in last Thursday, and then I would have my first day the 16th. Ha. Well, we worked it all out, and she's not upset with me at all (thank god). I'm going to get my work permit on Monday, then I'm going in to do paperwork on Tuesday, then I have my first day on Thursday.
I'm kind of freaking out, but I'm really excited.
In other news, my birthday is in two days. I should be excited, shouldn't I? I'm really not. woohoo... I'm 17. I'm still going to be made fun of because I'm young. And the only thing I can do now is get into R-rated movies legally.... not like I wasn't getting into R-rated movies before or anything. But whatever. In a year, I'll be an adult. And I'll be able to get my liscence. That is what I'm excited about.
