Personality:
Billy just seems like your typical, geeky boy who loves comics and pop culture. To some extent, that's true. He can probably tell you anything about his favorite superheroes to quoting his favorite movies. The kid really knows his stuff.
But he isn't all that typical. Well, being so into what he loves that you can probably quote the entire thing by heart is probably considered obsessive, but still.
See, Billy quickly found out at a young age that he wasn't interested in girls, but was interested in boys. He was okay with that, but people around him weren't. Not only did he get bullied for being a geek, but he got bullied around for his sexuality. Billy, however, was okay with this. He didn't have problems with his own sexuality. People just had problems with it. However, Billy wasn't very forward or lacked any kind of drive to fend them off. He didn't stand up for himself and often got hurt because of it.
But the Scarlet Witch told him he could do something, that he wasn't weak and that he was strong. Something he didn't think much about. He still avoided his bullies after that, but one day it was different. Billy saw the bully that bothered him, bothering someone else. He stood up for that kid, and in the process, found out more about himself. That was when Billy's powers first surfaced.
So now he's a mutant too. Way to be the most untypical nerd to ever be born, Billy. Way to go.
Billy is very confident though. He wasn't always like that, but he's slowly becoming more used to his powers and he's getting better at them. At first, he always had to chant his spells out, but as he progressed, he could start doing things without the aid of the actual spell. But that confidence also means that he isn't afraid to say or do things either. He'll go into battle, no matter how dangerous. He also won't back down, regardless of who he's standing up to. Be it a bully, the Avengers, or even the government, if Billy believes in something, he'll back it up one hundred percent. Sometimes that stubborn trait can be a blessing and a hindrance, as he's sometimes prone to making rather stupid decisions. But he doesn't waver over things and he sticks to whatever he decides on. Billy is reliable and a trustworthy friend and teammate. On the other hand, Billy might decide on something stupid, and will see through on it, whether or not the outcome is good or not. He's prone to doing things without thinking about the full consequence of his ideas.
Billy always wants to help others though. It's why he's a superhero. He wants to help people in need or in danger.
Billy is very friendly though and is very nice. He's also very mature, being the oldest son in his family and having younger brothers he helps take care of. He can get rather childish though. When he gets upset, his more dry and witty personality comes out or he gets snippy or starts sulking over things. Surprisingly though, Billy can get very chatty, especially over topics he loves. For someone who can be very quiet, he has a lot on his mind.
He's always your gay sassy friend.
Abilities:
Magical abilities indeed. Billy is a witch(he goes by witch as warlock means oath breaker and he doesn't like that) with probably limitless powers. As in, he doesn't even know the full potential of his own abilities. He can cast spells that he wills himself to do. He can basically cast or do anything with his magic powers, as long as he believes he can. His powers can warp reality or can do simpler things like healing people. He can fly and teleport. He can also manipulate energy to form solid constructs such as disks and force fields.
Billy also has electrokinesis, photokinesis, and pyrokinesis

Okay, I'm pretty sure this letter is actually all a big lie. It's the typical movie cliche for things like this. It's also kind of creepy, so I burned it as soon as possible. [Billy is sure this is all some strange kidnapping. It wouldn't be the first time anyways.]
Anyways, the fact that I totally nearly got mauled by some monster is enough of me to think it's a lie. If it was safe here, I wouldn't need to suddenly use my powers against something or someone.
I'm so dead though. Not only did I somehow wind up in some unknown tower, I got stuck when my team needs me, my not mom but is my mom (don't ask) needs me, and Doctor DOOM is totally off his rocking horse. My team might kill me.
Or put me on house arrest for the rest of my life.
You know, because I just got kidnapped not too long ago, only to wind up here.
Why am I even telling you?
This has been another useless narrative by William Kaplan. [He smiles a bit though.] Why am I even complaining? This is just another place where I can help out. Be the superhero. Right.
Just don't tell my teammates this is somehow my fault. I totally didn't ask to be suddenly teleported to some tower that you'd see in a sci-fi horror movie.
