I feel like posting, but I don't have any good stories. Instead, I am just going to list items I have written in my mini notebook over the last couple of weeks.

ivy? is she a student? i had a resident in tank named ivy...

No. Last Saturday there was a family of 5 that came in five minutes before closing (oy). Every person in this group was in some way trying to seize control of the situation. Ivy was a girl age 11 or so and was relatively disinterested but not overly bratty in my estimation. Her mom's estimation was different from mine and read every action as some obnoxious insult. I was greatly offended at the way the mom interacted with Ivy -- or it might be I.V. given the way evil mom said her name. The quote belongs to mom.
