Fencing? I've never fought with swords before, so this should be an interesting experience.

I hope it is. Fencing might not be as intriguing as some magics, but it is a handy skill to know.

Shall I expect you to attend, Miss?

The only weapons I'm familiar with are guns and knives, but you're right on swords coming in handy.

Oh, I see. [Layton pauses, surprised at hearing what seems to be someone so young using such dangerous weapons. He almost asks why, but decides that might be too intrusive.] It sounds as if you have extensive weapon experience.

Miss Kouzuki, then. I look forward to your attendance this Sunday.

I guess you could say that, yeah...

Quite a few people have signed up already, so that seems likely. Hopefully, it'll make the lessons more inviting to newcomers.

It'd be funny if a friend I know signs up. He isn't exactly the, ah, physical type. Either way, it'd be pretty cool.

Oh? Well, if your friend isn't up for the physical part of the lesson, he's more than welcome to observe if he wishes to.

He probably might. I'll see if I can talk to Lelouch about it.

[Because she'll be more than content if someone she likes and respects gets to see her spar.]

Mr. Britannia? [Ah, considering how much he dislikes the physical aspects of Herbology, he probably wouldn't like fencing either, Layton thinks.] I hope he finds it interesting if he does decide to come.
