"I never felt that it was just paper. Maybe it's because my parents split up but it's always been one of the biggest promises I could ever make to someone. And it's always terrified me. I know I want to make that promise to you but I want to do it the right way. I don't want to devalue it. I want to stand before you and the gods and our friends and your family and I want to pledge myself, body and soul, to you for the rest of my life. Her hand reached across the table for his and interlaced their fingers.

He tightened his fingers. "I love you too, Lauren. God, when you say it like that, baby it makes so much sense, it sounds so simple. It should be simple, shouldn't it? When we're ready we'll do it. And until then, we'll just keep being together. Just like we are." He voice wavered a little, as he was overcome with emotion. Everything was falling together and processing it was emotional.

He slid his arms around her waist and held her tightly, resting his chin on her shoulder. It was as if he was afraid she'd vanish if he wasn't holding tight to her. The sense in her words were calming. "Let the universe guide us for once?"

He slid out from under her and nonchalantly made it to the bathroom and then ran into the stall. He quickly lost his belt and trousers and boxers while he waited for her, leaning against the back wall of the stall.

As soon as the coast was clear, she got up from her chair and head into the bathroom. "Andy" she whispered even though they were alone in the room. She was tempted to lock the door but felt that it would probably just draw more attention. If anyone came in, they'd just have to be really quiet.
Before she even got to the stall she started unbuttoning her pants. A huge grin crossed her face when she saw him all ready for her. "Why hello. Come here often?"
