(no subject)
A couple of days ago I was asked to interview of group of four Mexicans in Spanish. I didn't really have to ask them any questions, but I had to translate a 35 question survey into Spanish and tell them that their answers would be faxed to a corporate office and if there was anything open for them they would receive a call on Monday.
Some of the Spanish I felt I should have known. Other things in the questions were very hard for me to translate because they were English expressions that don't translate word for word. I tried to explain this to the store manager, but I don't know if she understood what I was really saying.
I was going to get a copy to have it translated for her, I could ask some of my friends such as hefziba and joyful_xo as well as post it in aprende_espanol, but she left early so I couldn’t get it.
Also, I'm going a 365 project of sorts. Originally it's supposed to be any form of art, such as a picture, a poem, or a drawing. Sometimes I make little sketches when I think and meditate on scripture. But I think I'm going to make it maybe a little more open and just make it something that shares about me, I guess. I'll backdate these so they won't flood your friends pages. You'll have to click my journal to see them. I'll post them later when I get today's done.
