I really needed that
Last night I went to bet at 9:00 pm and woke up today at 9:34 am. I guess I really needed to sleep. Today I'm going to try and do some school work. I need to prepare a report on Ethnicity on Film to hand in and to report on Tuesday, keep reading Manhattan Transfers by Dos Pasos and start thinking about my two proposals for my writing class. Knowing myself I won't even accomplish half of what I want to do.
Right now it's very cloudy and chilly. Oh, wait. It just started to rain. I think I'm going to finally read all your comments and posts while I sip my coffee for a while. Sounds like a good plan to me.
I'm also feeling a bit spammy today. I want to share some pictures that I took when my brother was here with us. He left the day before yesterday. He starts teaching again on Monday, so he really needed to get his butt in Connecticut. When we left him at the airport non of us were really sad. I mean, of course I'll be missing him the first three day, as always, but I'll see him this December. I hate the fact that I can only be with him only 3 weeks out of the year, but thanks to Gloria (I'm going to call her Glory) I'm going to see him for an additional two weeks during Christmas vacation. It's only a matter of four months before I finish class, see my brothers, and meet my niece. I simply can't wait.
