Idaho is friggin awesome!

Okay... so... my much anticipated trip to Idaho is over... :( sadness. But it was such a BLAST! I had sOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOooooo much fun! Boise is HUGE! Branden told me it was a big city... but HOLY CRAP! I wasn't expecting it to be THAT big! So here's how it happened:

Friday morning - Courtney and I skipped school and left at 9:40am for Idaho... there was an accident on Blewett Pass that we heard about so we re-routed ourselves last minute through Quincy to get there... We got there at 5pm our time, 6pm in Boise.

Friday night - Chrys met us at the hotel and we all just chilled for a while until Branden picked me up at about 7:30pm. He was so great! He drove me around ALL of Boise, and I'm not even joking. He first took me to meet his mom at her work. After that we went to his house so I could meet his dad and his sister (his sister is SO adorable! She's 8.) Then we drove around and he showed me his old middle school, his high school, the original train depot in Boise (it's super old and has an amazing view of the city), then we went downtown where we parked at the capital building and went up a billion stairs to look inside. Then we walked down all the main streets and he showed me all the cool stuff, including this big fountain in the middle of the city. It was awesome! Then we went back to his house and we watched "Matchstick Men"... we didn't finish it because it was sooo late and we were both falling asleep. SO he took me back to the hotel at about 12:30am.

Saturday - Courtney, Chrys, and I hung out all day. Branden couldn't come ::cries:: because he had a school dance to go to. Is it weird to anyone else that their Morp is after their prom? Maybe it's just me? ... We were bored, and I felt like doing something that I wouldn't normally do back home... SO... I got my nose pierced. I haven't told anyone, so all of you who actually bother to read this are the only ones who know I did it (except Courtney, cause she was there.... but she wouldnt watch cause she doesnt like needles). My mom didn't even freak out about it when I told her, and my dad still hasn't noticed and I've been home for like, 5 hours. haha. He's funny. He doesnt pay attention to anything.

OH MY JESUS! Guess how fast we got home?! We literally (not even exaggerating) got home in 5 1/2 hours. It was supposed to take 7 1/2 hours, but we averaged about 95mph! I accidentally hit 110mph. That didnt last very long though. Yeah, yeah, I know it's not very safe, but we got home in one piece, and did it so QUICKLY! :) haha. We stopped at Fred Meyer in E. Wenatchee to kill some time so our parents wouldn't be TOO suspicious. Alright, well, this entry is really boring, but that is my life, and that's how it went this weekend :) Hope everyone else had as much fun as I did!
