Stay strong Chch
All I have been thinking since yesterday morning when I found out about the earthquake in Christchurch is "please let my friends be OK, please let my friends be OK." I lived in Christchurch for 7 months on and off and it's my home in New Zealand. I have a lot of friends still there and a family who have sort of adopted me. Most of them have been accounted for through friends and family on facebook, but there are a couple I haven't heard from yet - most likely due to a lack of power/phone in Chch. I get that a lot of people only know NZ because of LotR and so for them protecting LotR country is the most important thing, but I have been on edge since yesterday, worrying about my friends, and I don't want to hear it.
