Thirteenth spell [Text]
I've found a newspaper! It's old and some of the text has faded, but I'm sure it's about this town. Here, let me transcript it.
"--reports are circulating throughout the city about a bomb threat received from the city of Accido on--"
Sorry, it's too faded here.
"All that is known at this stage is that Accido is indeed manufacturing bombs: consequently, at this point in time, such threats aren't a surprise to the citizens of the city that have been threatened. The pandemic has now reached dangerous levels of infection and fatalities, and there are little options left to either party in this tragedy. Whether the scientists are going to come up with a cure in good enough time remains to be seen-- they seem to be keeping rather silent on the matter.
What was once a bustling, successful town is fast deteriorating. Hopefully, it isn't too late for the city, and that the cure will be administered soon before too much irreparable, permanent damage is done-- both to its people and to its reputation.
Perhaps having the city bombed is the only silver lining of the cloud in this situation."
