-the subway system that goes where I want to go
-that runs 24 hours
-the F train with armrests on the end seats
-restaurants that are byob
-hole in the wall bars
-that are cool with you bringing in food
-or, even better, that have take out menus on hand so you can order delivery to the bar
-last call is 4 am
-any tour worth touring is going to make a stop here
-the pizza
-museums
-shopping
-food carts
-brownstones
-the bodega around the corner has what you need
-beautiful parks
-surrounded by giant buildings
-bright lights
-cabs
-there is something cool happening tonight
-and tomorrow
-there's also a new restaurant that opened up
-and one that has nothing but mac and cheese
-or we could catch a show
-see a friend of a friend's band play
-there's a cool place downtown with Friday night burlesque
-whatever you want, we can go do that
