Well, 2007 is here and with the ringing in of the new year, I've decided to try and change my lifestyle a little bit. I'm famous for "grazing", I have a rather sedentary job where I work behind a desk pretty much all day and have taken to snacking during the day. Not a very healthy way to eat, really. And not healthy snacks either. Cheetos, chocolate, stuff like that.
So! I'm trying to cut back on the grazing, and when I do snack it's on almonds or apples or veggies with hummus. It's stuff I can eat, stuff I enjoy so I think this is a change I can stick too. The hardest thing is the chocolate. I haven't had any chocolate for 2 whole days and WOW this is hard. I may get Snackwells or one of thost 100 calorie packs or something. Just for the sweet fix.
I'm also trying to do Yoga & Pilates as well, to strengthen the muscles in my lower back. So yes, last year was the year I got my life back. 2007 is the year I get it back in shape. Go me!
