My Life as an Alt

She is a dancer at the 2win Sisters Club.
She's also a Party Hostess at the same club, where she gets paid to dress in goofy costumes and dance around for 2 hours. Must be rough.
She also, is not me. Magical is what's called a "Main Av". She came first. She'll never let the rest of us forget that either.
This is me, Magic. I am what is also known as "Alt # 2". You've, no doubt, noticed the resemblance between Magical and myself. I am an exact clone of her. I was created for .. actually I don't really know why I was created. She's never told me. But I do know that I am the one that works nonstop, while she pops on long enough to host a party or cuddle with her boyfriend for a short time. Then it's back to work for Magic.
But I have managed to obtain my own personal life.
This is me and my partner Ruby. She helps me run the club that we co-own, and keeps me sane. Well...as sane as I can possibly be as an overworked alt. She's a Main Av *wiggles eyebrows*
This is our club, the Magic Ruby (catchy aint it?). We initially made it so that we could have one place where all our friends could party together and...well...it still is. We have parties there 4 days a week and always have fun. Sadly, it's bringing in no linden (our form of money), and to do so simply takes too much time. So on to my next venture.
Magical Shapes. A small store in the Apple May Mall. Much to my (very pleasant) surprise, it took off with a shot - my first sale happening no more than 5 mins after I opened. So what do you do when your store is doing well?
Become a chain. This is Magical Shapes # 2, located in the 2win Mall. Yes, the club where Magical works. It pays to have connections. The only problem with both of these stores is that I can't list them in the Search listings. So anyone searching for "Shapes" would never see me. I would need...my own...land...for...that.
Enter Magical Shapes Store # 3...my Main store. I just built it yesterday so it's far from done, but you get the gist of it. This land, by the way, used to belong to Alt # 1, aka Cashlin. I made him sell it to me for $1L *snickering*
Oh yes, some of us do own land. Some - more than others.
This was Land/House # 1. The Backyard. This is actually rental property that Magical...um...kind of rents? Actually right now she does rent it, until our friend comes back to take it over again. They had gone in on this together, except she's never accepted any linden from Magical to help pay the costs. So Magical is taking care of it, waiting for her friend to reclaim it. The Pirate Ship is not theirs. The freaky big turtle is. *shudder* It scares me. I stay away from it.
This was Land/House # 2. This is a new house she's laid down - one that Alt1 Cashlin gave her. The man wins houses right and left!
As for myself, I own the land that I, of course, bought from Alt1 Cashlin. Ruby and I co-own the Magic Ruby's land. We also have our own house.
This is our new place. The land is rental since we want to have the opportunity to move if we decide to get a bigger house *coughs* I just bought the house two days ago and rented the land today. Eventually it'll even have furniture.
As for the other alts...
This is Alt # 1, Cashlin. He's a 7'5" Elven man. He also is the Security man at the Magic Ruby. He was created for two reasons: 1) because Magical loves making men...especially the kind she can control. 2) for a role play game that she was going to do with her friends, but ended up cancelling. Cashlin, who we call Cash, ended up marrying a woman named Ruy but they've gotten divorced since then. Something about it all being for the game. Personally, I've seen her. This was no game for her. But...he's a man and is completely clueless that she's really in love with him. Men.
This is Alt # 4 Malaglyn (on the right). She was also created for the defunct RP. She is a 7 ft tall Elven woman and is mean to the core. That didn't stop her from taking a break practicing fighting techniques to dance with Cash for a while. This was taken in Cash's old house that sat on the property where my main store is now. If I'm remembering right, they were dancing to "I Like Big Butts". Mm hm.
This brings us to the last alt...Alt # 3
Tani - a pissy firestarter. This is her dancing with her Drow husband, Amandur. He is our official DJ, altho the poor man still doesn't have his own stream. So basically he's Tall Dark and Drow eye candy. She's also just discovered that, although she can flame up in what she calls "this realm", she can't fry anyone. Believe me. She tried. A few times. Luckily for us, everytime she's around him she gets all sweet and mushy. *shivers*
So there you have it - our Main Av and all her Alts. Tonight we have a Best in Feathers party at the club so expect some pictures from one of us.
