Our room is so lovely and for some reason there is a poodle in our room! She is a sweet thing though, and Dinah is getting along with her so I musn't worry I suppose. I am glad she has made another friend ( Read more... )

Oh, there is one place on the island where there are penguins! They are very small and cute and they waddle about on the beach!~ I remember them from the last time I was here~

Really?! That is most curious and we shall have to see it! I had thought it was rather hot here and I can't imagine how penguins live here! I thought they rather liked the cold?

Hmm, that is an interesting question...I am sure they were penguins and not flappy little birds in tuxs...

Maybe they are here for vacation! I'm sure one must be tired of all that cold weather~

That would make sense! If people can take vacations I think it's perfectly fair for birds to take them too! And it must be so cold where they usually live, they must love Australia~ I like it very much!

It is beautiful isn't it? My favourite part is going out to the ocean in the morning where it isn't too hot~

Yes, definitely lovely! I imagine it is most pretty at sunset, I think the sun would cast most fetching over the water. We should all watch it!
