Today is an extra day!!!
my right knee is really painful today. Yesterday i thought it looked bruised, but i wasn't really sure. But this morning it hurts a lot... i'm not sure why. Maybe i stressed it out too much at the gym the other day. I don't know what else i might have done to it. I guess i'll take it easy today.
