I was tempted to say Gimli at first, because of your negative ( impatient, sarcastic, stubborn, short tempered ) and positive characteristics ( passionate, friendly, outgoing ) but in the end I think I'm leaning more towards Sam. He is probably not a leader but he can lead if necessary, he is logical, serious, cautious, responsible, definitely a worriere, peaceful and very loyal ( Sam was definitely very loyal to Frodo, he refuses to leave his side and he would probably do anything for him ). And I can also see a lot of him in your "Not all those who wander are lost" section

I have to agree with the sam vote for you. Sam is impatetient, sarcastic, passionate and friendly and I think he fitst your this/that section pretty well. He can lead when necessary, he's logical, cautious, resposible, selfless and loyal
