Actually see where the Trudy vote is coming from, but my first impression was Jake Sully because you're a fighter,brave, leader,easygoing,ruthless, confident and pridelful

I am so sorry for throwing in a third vote, but I actually see Quaritch! I know he's the villain of the movie, but I think your adjectives fit him very well - I see both Jake and Trudy, and they're both very determined, but neither of them are really what I call ruthless, nor do they have that callous air about them.

Quaritch is determined and very unyielding, if the last battle between him, Jake and Neytiri is any indication. I think even the "giving chances" thing kind-of-fits; he let Jake go back for his ceremony amongst the Omaticaya, and to be absolutely frank, he didn't start waging war until the company pretty much decided it wasn't worth their time to negotiate with the Na'vi anymore. He's a proud man, but he can be humbled (the scar he got the first day he entered Pandora), but he keeps it to remind himself, kind of the way you like inspiring things, even if this isn't a particularly positive kind of inspiration
