I'm actually becoming concerned about our prefect's behavior. My love of mystery novels hasn't translated into great skills of detection, but it has made me rather acutely aware of certain tendencies.
Tezuka and Oishi are noticeably concerned. I've overheard them discussing the subject at night. One wonders why the professors have not yet moved to rectify this clear deviation from normalcy. The level of unease caused by it is counterproductive and disruptive, moreso than any of dear Niou's pranks ever thought about being.
