At some point in the near future I'm going to make a proper post about the fact that, in August, I'll be moving to France for a year.

MY BA WAS IN THE FICTIONAL HISTORY OF WRITING IN ENGLAND BEFORE 1066. IT WAS SPECULATIVE FICTION ABOUT HOW THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN IF WE'D LEARNED TO WRITE BEFORE FRENCH PEOPLE SHOWED US.

I THINK LIZZIE'S VOCAB BOOK SHOULD BE REPRINTED FOR A NEW GENERATION OF SCHOLARS. YOU COULD WRITE THE FOREWORD. PRESENTATION COPIES COULD BE SENT TO FAMOUS GEORDIES OF OUR TIME.
