Friday Night Lights
Okay, so I was always kinda interested in seeing Friday Night Lights when it was on, but when the pilot aired, I was all, Dude, the outcome of that first episode is SO predictable.. And having seen it, I was right. But I should have given it a chance, because it wasn't the what so much as the how. I'm 5 or 6 episodes in now, and this is nothing short of superb. And as always when I start a show that wows me like this, I'm left to ponder why more shows can't be this good.
