I wonder if anyone still checks this thing
I was reading through my old journal entries dating back to 2001. It was weird to read through all of the sob stories and teenage poetry. I really wish I would have made better decisions when I was younger. But I guess I shouldn't beat up myself too much about it. I feel like I've changed a lot in the last ten years and each decision has made me who I am today and got me to where I am. I don't think as a 16 year old kid I thought I'd be spending summer of 2011 deployed to the middle east in the Air Force. I don't think anyone who used to read my entries would have figured as much either. If anyone is reading this: I'd advise you to do the same as I did and re-read your old entries.
