To be is to see. And vice versa. I was told this just now but a certain voice in my head. It's the same voice that directs me around the floor when searching for a carelessly discarded contact lense, or a screw that I just dropped whilst making a bid for freedom (repairing the TV).
Ever get those days where you think that you should be doing something? I mean, there's always something to do, isn't there? Why am I not participating in some sort of activity when there are boundless options right before my eyes? Anyway, today was certainly one of those days.
I "hmm'ed" and "har'ed" for a good 3 hours (I accentuated the hmm's for dramatic effect), and ended up saying to myself, "Listen, if you're going to do nothing, at least do it somewhere else". To cut a lo... Well, actually, it's not a long story. To cut it short(er) anyway though, I didn't do a whole lot today apart from spending a few careless pounds on fuel.
On a lighter note... I enjoyed a particularly tasty coffee this afternoon. The kettle must've reacted to my slightly flirtatious advances and boiled some fine water. Either that or my random, haphazard measuring system paid great dividends for me in this instance.
