road rage cara
this weekend was crazy. friday night was ellen's 21st. it was a lot of fun... she was pretty toasted by the end of the night, but i guess she didn't feel too bad yesterday. last night was lia's bachlorette party. holy crap... i don't even know where to begin. we drove to columbus to go to the cheesecake factory for dinner, nice dinner but expensive. and then went to dave and busters, which is this huge chucky cheese type place for adults. i think jon would have had a hayday in that place. it was moderately fun and i'm now addicted to chip away. lia's sister is pregnant so she's even crazier than usual (i guess) with all of her hormones. so she was ready to go home at like 10. fine with me because we were all tired. but on the drive home she makes a wrong turn and starts freaking out because she has major road rage, which i guess was under control for how she usually is. we get back to bowling green and she's all pissed off because she can't park the f'ing conversion van, so lia has to do it. we are in bg because after a two hour van ride home with road rage cara, we are going bar hopping. by now it is like 12:45 or so. cara is all mad so she stays in the van with kelly for the entire time we're supposed to be having fun bachlorette time. lia, vanessa, ang, and i go into b-dubs and lia starts crying in the bathroom... totally sweet. so then we bought some shots and got her drunk. after b-dubs we went to kamakazi's and then downtown... making the rounds. we then walked back to the van and drove back to toledo. on the way home the check engine light comes on... luckily we didn't blow up... that would've finished off the night. i forgot to say that before we left toledo, cara had left the lights on in the van overnight, so it took us an hour to jump the damn thing. i think the best part of the night was when we got back to the house and got ready for bed. it was a regular sleep over. this morning was fun too because everyone was in a better mood. cara is really not that crazy when she's not stressed... she's pretty funny actually. and she made homemade waffles with blueberry and strawberry stuff and whipped cream. last night was kind of a nightmare... but it wasn't as bad as it sounds. ang and i spent like $70 each though... uugh.
i got a job for the summer working in the snack bar at the country club. score... i get to play with the food.
