So I've been working as the Merchant teller at the bank Tue-Thurs. I like having more cash handling responsibilities and seeing very regular customers. I know my merchants by name and I know when to expect them everyday. However, things at the branch seem to be kinda poopie lately, and our customer service has gone down hill. So I'm torn between staying focused on my merchant teller responsibilities and my service leader responsibilities. No one respects my efforts to educate or motivate the team, so I think I'm going to be speaking to management about finding someone else to be the merch. teller. And have them spend some time at the branch meeting going over IT IS PART OF MY JOB TO TALK TO TEAM MEMBERS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE so back the freak off and don't try to give me stupid menial tasks because you think what I'm doing is unimportant. GRrrr. Anyway, its Saturday and I'm on my way to the farmers market YEAH!!!
