Ok, so I saw this short little thingie on the news the other day- the story: A woman married a dolphin. For serious. Anyways, it made me think a little
Does the dolphin KNOW that it's married? Does he understand the concept of marriage, and that he is married to this woman? Also, Gzus Christ, what are they going to do about mating season? I can only imagine what sex with a dolphin would be like, something like having a baby in reverse, yuck. How the fuck did this woman manage to find someone who would marry her to a dolphin, and how did she manage to get a marriage certificate and all the legal mumbojumbo to work out? For real, if they're not going to let gay and lesbian couples get married, how on earth can they justify letting a human/dolphin marriage go through? And what is this woman going to do if she ever realizes that the dolphin probably isn't going to fulfill her needs as a married woman, are there processes for people to get divorced from their dolphin husbands? Remind me never to get married to a nonhuman being.
