uh, yeah.
So far today, i have gone to the new apartment, moved some stuff in, and done some paperwork. now, on to the housewife life of hell:
Why I Would Hate Being a Housewife By Maggieblue
I did some major grocery shopping to get all the supplies to make the pot roast, potatoes and brussel sprouts. I ran home, unloaded the car, put away all the cold stuff, started the dishwasher, put on some laundry and am now taking a 5 minute smoke break and writing this out. Next up:
Make the pot roast, cut all the veggies up, season the roast, and put it in the oven
Peel the rest of the potatoes, while I'm at it
Rinse the laundry
Quick shower
Put laundry in dryer, and put on a new load
Unload dishwasher and put potatoes on to boil
Get everything else ready to go so i won't be freaking out last minute
Rinse new set of laundry and put it in the dryer...and put on another load
Start making potatoes
Start steaming brussel sprouts
Pay insane amounts of attention to potatoes from hell
Run around like a madwoman finishing everything else up
Get roast out of oven
Try to look halfway decent
Have nice dinner waiting for trumble when he gets home
MORE FUCKING LAUNDRY!
Clean up kitchen from mess i made and put all leftovers away for later
after that, i will sit on my ass the rest of the night and try to get some decent sleep for once. i have to work tomorrow instead of having the day off, so i have to get all of this done today. fiddlesticks.
