I don't know why, or how, but I loaded up my game today and she just... wasn't there. The rest of the neighborhood's intact. She, however, is missing in action. Which is all right, seeing as I have her in Bodyshop and

if you save your hood's folder and make a new hood in-game, you can replace the characters and lots folders from the new hood with the old hood, so that you can see the sims from your old hood in simPE (to extract them)
but remember to put the new folders back, or when you try to play EXPLOSIONS will ensue.

Funnily enough, I already tried that and they still showed up as Unknowns in SimPE. I'm thinking I'll just end up rebuilding the neighborhood. Thankfully, all of the sims in it were made in Bodyshop (except for Alice, but I can probably replicate her pretty well), so it'll be pretty easy to replace them. I guess I'll move them out of their respective homes and package up the lots so that they can be salvaged.

So basically, it'll be relatively easy to fix. It'll just be a PAIN IN THE ASS. x[

I'm sorry it didn't work, maybe I forgot something.. I know It took a lot of playing around for me to get them to show up so I could get my sims out of my old hood.

Eh, my computer's been having a fit too, so that probably just helped the game implosion along. Thank you for your concern, I hope I manage to redo it without any more complications. :]
