(no subject)
well my weekend was fairly uneventful. i stayed in most of it trying to work on my research proposal, which is due on thursday. unfortunately, i didn't get as much work done as i would have liked to have, but i'm not worried because i have thursday night, all day wednesday and thursday during the day to work on it and i've at least got a start.
last night i went over to gwen's for dinner and it was so nice we sat outside and after dinner we played scrabble. yay scrabble. :D
tonight i have my last ballroom dancing class and i'm going with metabonkers to the pride volunteer meet and greet event, which will hopefully be fun.
you know it's interesting that i feel that i have to be successful in all areas of my life in order to feel truly comfortable with myself. i have to work hard and be successful in my job, i have to work hard and be successful at school and i have to have an active and enjoyable social life. i also have to have time for myself. i don't actually think there's enough time in the day for all that!
