ok..thats the last god damned straw!
i just had a customer come in and complain that their phone was not working. "its just gone dead! it wont work".
i held down the power button and turned it on for her.
*points down* youre not supposed to be able to read that, its just there for stress relief. just imagine me screaming.

WHO THE HELL GIVES A PHONE TO A 50 YEAR OLD LADY AND DOESNT TELL HER THAT WHEN IT GOES FLAT YOU HAVE
TO CHARGE IT AND THEN TURN THE FUCKING THING BACK ON.
