Continuance of Previous Ramblings
In the spirit of the ending of my last post, I am here to continue to liveblog my life.
It is my birthday today! Happy birthday to me. I plan to spend the day cleaning up and packing for my upcoming trip. Exciting, right? I will also probably go to trivia at the poet and the patriot and hopefully there will be more really nerdy questions for me to dominate on. And I'll acquire some cake somehow.
I finally acquired a chassis speaker to debug my computer problems, it turns out it's not the motherboard after all, it's the RAM which is the problem. This is better in some ways (less of a pain in the ass, cheaper to replace) but worse in others (the motherboard had a manufacturer warranty still on it while the RAM I'll have to replace myself). Whatever, at least I know now what the problem is so I can fix it.
I need to get an appointment to give my car a tune-up, and apparently it needs a smog check because I transferred counties when I got it as a gift from my mom (normally family transfers do not require smog checks), but I can get that done with the tune-up and it shouldn't be a problem. I also need to e-mail my dentist and ask whether they changed my appointment; I made an appointment request for an x-ray because my two front teeth were knocked out in a LARPing accident in high school (yeah I'm pretty cool, right?) and one of them was replaced and I was told it would last about 7 years, and it's been 7.5 years and it isn't bothering me but I'd like to get it checked up on. I'm also due for a cleaning. I made an appointment online, and they e-mailed me back saying I couldn't get a cleaning done but it wasn't clear to me whether the x-rays would be at the appointment time I requested and I'd have to reschedule the cleaning. I'm going to e-mail them back right now.
BAM DONE. I like getting things done.
Speaking of getting things done, I just drank a cup of coffee so now is probably a good time for me to start CLEANING UP THE HOUSE WOOO
